New Green or Black Sub?

I'm sure there are multiple posts on this but I would like to know everyone's opinion one more time. Will buy the sub tomorrow from an AD.

The green sub aka the Hulk is a beautiful watch and best enjoyed in natural lighting to experience the range of shades of the watch face. That said, the black Sub is easier wearing due to the more subdued color. If you're comfortable with green, then by all means get it. I really like mine! Good Luck!

Need more info. Will it be your one and only, daily wearer.....or part of a collection? If the latter, what else do you have?

As my everyday watch, I'd go black.

Neither...blue.

I'm assuming if you're going to buy it at the AD, they're both there? My advice: just keep putting them on your wrist until you have a winner. Good luck!

Haha, I agree ofc on blue. Resale of the Hulk over here is really strong now so that would tempt me over black.

I've in the same boat and going back and forth about the Hulk.
There's a lot of concerns about the green not matching or difficult to wear...yada yada.

In all of these similar posts, the vast majority of actual owners having the watch, the strong consensus is that the green isn't "hard" to wear at all.

And another common theme i've seen is seller regret after selling the Hulk.

I was in a similar situation. I was going to buy a Tudor BBN but was considering spending the extra cash on a black Sub. While looking at the subs I casually asked the sales person if they ever get a green one in, lucky for me they had just gotten one in and she brought it out for me. Before seeing the Hulk in person it wasnt even on my radar, the only reason I even asked about it was because of all the attention it receives on this forum. Pics dont do the Hulk justice and upon seeing it in person I was immediately sold.

Green...it's stunning in person...and based on your collection, you need some color.

Funny, similar story for me as well. I was all set to buy the black sub, but happen to see the Hulk, I was mesmerized by how it changed colors depending on the light. From a distance without it being under the light it looked almost black.

I don't really find the Sub too appealing but the black is the iconic color. Black is always easy to match and blend in.

The black is more versatile in my opinion.

I vote for green as well. I'm not sure why people keep saying it's hard to match it with what they wear. Do they match their clothes to the Coke/Pepsi/Batman etc?
