Rolex DJ question

Hi folks,would wearing a bi metal 16013 in bed speed up bracelet stretch as they have hollow gold centre links.I just love it and want it to stay on my wrist,it is in great condition.thks in advance for replies

Would you be lying still in bed or are you more "active"? If you are wearing it tight and flexing your wrist a lot, that could add some wear....
