Thanks for the details that any strap tool will do, but as i dont have one, which should you recommend i purchase. I have a black bay and want to to change the strap around fairly frequently from the SS, to the nylon, and other aftermarket ones.

Has anyone been brave enough to try this?

So I'm between the blue and the red and I know this is an old thread, but I've been thinking about the very same thing. So, thanks for Photoshopping this. I might buy the red and pick up a bezel somewhere and try it. Can't imagine it's too much different than the 16710 bezel swap....?

They have a single use plastic insert ring that hold the bezels on, and from what I've heard you can't get hold these separately... and can only be changed via a service centre. If you can mange to get it done though it would be great to see! Good luck ;)

would be interesting if you could swap out all 3 bezels yourself...would have similar flexibility as the 5 digit GMT i would pick up the other 2 for sure

This is what I'd like to do as well. Did you already have the burgundy Black Bay to get the brown strap, or did you buy the strap separately?

Bought it from the AD. He pulled it from a display watch and put it on mine the same day i bought it. He also put in the order for replacement at the same time. I love the look.

The black and bronze are almost enough to get me to buy two more but truthfully, enough is enough. Great watches however!!!!

Looks great! Brown leather looks better on black than the black leather on black in my opinion....

Thanks. It's a BOB calf strap, thickness 7mm, to help combat the gap.
