Getting my first AP - Help!

Hi Peeps, Thinking of getting my first AP - a Royal Oak Chrono (black dial) . Would love a brand new one

Any thoughts on what is the typical discount you could get on this model from an AD? I would love some thoughts on this since I am pretty much a novice in the world of luxury watches!

Travel for work between Dubai and HK so happy to hear from the experienced folks on where is a better deal possible.

Any folks in Lon/Rest of Europe who could share the AD prices for this watch ( I can compute the net VAT refund to calculate net price)

From what I'm reading HK seems to have better pricing options but do not have first hand experience.

In HK, you should be negotiate 15 to 20% I think. Perhaps 20 to 25% for the gold version.

Well if you go to Paris try Chronopassion, they have a website, for a RG 44 I could get it for 30K, they do full detax, which means 20% in France since it doesn't go through global blue, plus 10%, maybe more, not sure what they would give you on a chrono...

@ben - thanks, would you think 26320 SS (Black Dial) which retails at HK$190k at ADs could be had at 15-20% off? Is this with ADs or grey dealers?

@lapince: this is pretty cool, getting the full detax is super convenient, one more reason to be in paris more often :)

You can check his website luxury Souq.com you can give my reference. Has an amazing showroom and you will see his avant garde novelties from every brand at a price unheard off. I have myself bought couple of rose gold AP's and a Patek this year only. Im very price conscious and touch all my suppliers in the US and Asian region before buying anything but Khalid price is just too good to let go.
