Price to change dial on day-date?

Hello people, so i am on the search and came across this :-

Ideally i would of liked this in W/G but they are so hard to find, my question is that how much should i be looking at to get someone to change the dial back to an original one and is there somewhere people could recommend in uk to change dial over? also any recommendations :- if i could buy just the watch head with no strap as I'm thinking of putting a leather everest strap on this so standard strap wouldn't be needed?
