That is some sort of 'standard' for AD service. Doesn't get much better than that.

Great great story and interesting learning points. I've been guilty of the screaming and shouting from time to time and realise it gets me no where.

That sort of flaw is totally unacceptable, but on the other hand, the service you are getting from that AD/manager is outstanding! Enjoy your watch!
