Hi, I'm new to there forums. I took delivery of my first Rolex this week - a brand new 2016 Rolex GMT Master 2 which I'm loving. It is having this same problem - the sliding adjuster on the bracelet won't move! I asked the dealer to adjust the links to my wrist size (19cm) and when the watch arrived it was a little loose. I adjusted the sliding part in to the centre indentation and it's a bit better but it won't go fully in to the tightest indentation.

1. As my wrist is 19cm does that just so happen to be the size of a standard from the factory Rolex GMT Master 2? Should there have been extra links in the box?

2. I'm in the uk and didn't buy the Rolex from am Authorised Dealer, will Rolex still expect me to ship it off somewhere even if I take it into a Rolex stockist myself ?

Many thanks
