Hi Tom
Sorry to hear that. I live close to Marbella, and these Romanian girls are abundant.
I have had two attempted steal of mine - and now highly insure it.

Have you informed the Spanish police, as by law they monitor all pawn shops

So sorry to hear! Any details to keep the rest of us safer? In other words, ripped off the arm or popped it loose and ran away before realizing?

Nobody's been able to get a good punch to the face off as she's yanking on their arm?

Sorry to hear this, how awful. Good luck.

Wait.....you mean, some girl runs up to you, grabs your arm, and jerks your watch off of your wrist? And you know this girl and her name? I'm not understanding this situation. Is this like a pickpocket, but with you knowing? She must run fast. I'm not making light of your situation, it just seems weird the way I'm reading it. Good luck getting it back, anyway.

Hope you get it back, sounds like you have a lot of info at least so insurance should pay out at worst.

So sorry to hear about this Tom.

The skills of some of these pickpockets who gather around train stations and tourist hotspots in Europe is incredible. Some have been practicing since very very young. They have acquired the 'hand is faster than the eye can see' abilities on par with celebrity magicians.

I generally move my wallet to my front pocket and maintain a heightened sense of spacial awareness whenever I am in such notorious pickpocket areas. Not paranoid... just prepared.
