I'm surprised nobody mentions the "ears" on the case.

I'll reveal all. This is a chrono with rotating bezel. It's already been nicknamed the Dumbo by Rolex tech squad.

I dont think they will be creating a new chronograph just because the DaytonaC is so hyped and desired, being the one and only Rolex chronograph (currently) has a lot to do with this.

Maybe a new YM as previously mentioned?

If they did create a new chronograph I wonder how it will effect the DaytonaC waiting lists and used prices...
