15400/15300
BLNR

For me at least. Well technically the BLNR would be above specifically the 15400, because I found the 15400 slightly too big of my wrist, so I would have to go with the 15300 or 15450 (or 15202). But if your wrist is bigger than mine (and most are), then the 15400 would be 2nd for me.

AP all the way. Aquanaut and BLNR aren't in the same league with the RO

A $20K Patek isn't in the same league as a $17K AP?

I'm a Rolex guy at least 5 days per week but, given the options, I'd be all over the 5167. In fact, I acquired the 5176 (on the rare bracelet) and wear it when the occasion calls for something just a bit more special than a Rolex tool watch.

Something about the 5167 just absolutely speaks to me and the workmanship and visible movement are nothing short of breathtaking. I get a 'buzz' every time I wear it.

The AP's, on the other hand, don't really do it for me. I bought one for the Mrs and she mildly enjoyed it for a year or so; since there was no real connection we flipped it for a JLC Master Geographic (also on bracelet) which she much prefers.

Just our humble opinions; enjoy the hunt!

The 15400st but only with the blue dial!!! That is the one to get. Otherwise BLNR. Not into the Aquanaut really. Yes it's a PP but so what?

I hear the AP's are a b##$ch to service and costly. $3500 for typical service.

When I buy a car, or a watch or so many other things, I always consider after-sale service. After-sale service accounts for some good 50% of my decision.

That said, in your case, I'd take PP right off the list. AP has rather decent service, and Rolex service is a bit better. Between AP and Rolex, I'm way over fashion and niceties, and prefer solid, reliable, durable watches... and in that realm Rolex is king. Just my $0.02.

I'd go 5167. Had an AP 15202 and never really bonded with it. Sold it. The 5167 is my favorite watch right now. I also own a subc, Daytona Ceramic and a Nautilus 5711.

The BLNR has nothing on the Aquanaut. Not even a close call

No reason for the BLNR.

15400 is my pick out the bunch.

The Aquanaut is super comfortable and discreet. The BLNR is a great daily wearer and very versatile. The AP is the most special among the three IMHO. It really comes down to what you want and what other watches you have in your collection.

fellow doc I work with owns the ro 15400. certainly holds up better than the jumbo and has a larger power reserve. certainly imo not as bulky on the wrist if a 40mm sub or gmt fits you nicely. He wears it everyday and Ive seen it up close, not much scratches. Depends what you want. if you like a high horology piece in ss thats good for daily wear youll be happy with the ro. aquanaut is not my taste as I prefer the 5711, but that would be a better daily wearer than the ro; however ro imo has the better look and feel (Ive tried these watches on before).

GMT cant go wrong as a daily wear, certainly would cost less to service overtime. GMT would be nice to add to the collection but having the RO or aquanaut would certainly round out your collection, not to mention owning a high horology piece.

try on the watches and just go with what you want and what makes you happy.

I know it's not one of the 3 options but I'd go AP 15202 then aquanaut (on green rubber) then BLNR.

If you need the GMT function then the choice is obvious. If not, the 5167 would be my choice.

Don't let the BLNR hype get to you, it is really just an SS GMTc with a different bezel insert.

Try them all on and choose the one you want to KEEP.
