Caliber 3235 up close (DJ II 126333)

We had to do a refinish only at the shop on a newer Datejust II, so I had the chance to snap some pics of the new 3235 movement. I love it!

Cool!
Thanks so much Vanessa.
Are you "good to go" on repairs / adjustments for this caliber?

Haha, no! On a simple regulation, yes, but when it comes to overhauling this beauty, I don't think training will be available for another 10 years or so. (Unless I'd go work at a RSC)

Well, that will work just fine.
If I pick one up, by the time it should need an overhaul, you'll be ready!!

Thanks for such a forthcoming response. It's one of the reasons why you're at the top of lots of the TRF Members' list as our "go to" person when our watches need servicing!

Thanks Vanessa! Can I take it from your professional opinion that the 3235 is an excellent movement and upgrade?
