Thinking of trading BLNR for Elephant or 26400SO
Hey all, I am looking for opinions on this swap. I have a NIB BLNR and am thinking of swapping it for one of the above. I had planned to just add one of the above but also have a HULK which kind of fills my SS Rolex.
Only thing is I can not seem to find a 44mm ROO locally to try on so I would be taking a big leap on that one. Downside to the Elephant is the SS bezel. I have OCD issues, so the thought of that getting scratched up makes me nervous to go that route. :) I was originally wanting to go with a 15300 or 15202 but I think I would like something a bit more bold. Any thoughts? Thanks D |

I'd trade both of them Subs for either AP.

I don't find the 44 wears that much bigger than the 42, the pushers are the biggest difference but they go across your wrist so not that big an issue as long overhanging lugs imho. Still best to try to find one to try on first, but if your wrist is 7 inches or 6.5 and flat you should be fine.

As Neil mentioned, if you have a flat wrist, the 44mm ROOs do have better looking dials than the 42mm ROOs. Not to mention they come with ceramic bezels which are virtually scratch proof.
I have 7" wrists but they are narrow so the 44mm looks rather large on me. I currently own three 42mm ROOs, and I am very happy with them. Good luck.

I'm not sure on wrist sizes and shapes, but I def think my 44 wears a lot larger than my 42.

No need to trade both. I'd like to keep the hulk.

I'm kinda torn between 26400SO and the new ti/Ceramic. Almost the same price for nib. |

Go for the new Ti. I feel prices on the SO are too high given where the Ti is priced.

Given your "OCD issues" regarding the bezel, I would definitely recommend a model with ceramic bezel. So, consider some of the 44mm ROOs.

It was more of a point that absolutely I would trade for one of those APs.

One idea is to contact a trusted seller like Davidsw or Takuya and buy it but tell him you may return after a few days in exactly the same condition as you've never seen one before. Should all be smooth.
