Yes, I guess I am lazy but honestly having to set and wind them stops me from changing watches as often as Id like and winding them every morning isn't always practical as I am out of town at least a few days a mth.

I called Orbita and wow what nice people! Talk about customer service, friendly and with a smile. Two new pillows on the way free of charge.
They do make great stuff. Rolex movements are 650 turn bi-directional wind movements as a general rule. Why out their site for info on your models and on the Sparta. The scoop, as noted above is start slow and increase the rotation rate until you find the setting that keeps you going.
