Rolex explorer McQueen

Thanks all for the great information shared here , iam continuously learning from you .
Iam watch collector and I exchange one of my new watches with explorer 2 mcqueen , the seller was honest and told me the watch has orginal machine but he is not sure about the case or dial or hands .
The case viewed at Rolex shop and told me it seems orginal but they can send it to service if all parts are original . But dial is not and hands also nor orginal.
Iam attaching some picture here and I need your advice on how to invest in that watch , the watch also give 1 min delay per day so I will take it to Rolex service later but I want to learn how to take care of that new baby added to my collection .
Thank you
