ROO ceramic Q
Am I right in thinking the first examples of the Ceramic ROO came with a black dial like the FC before it switched to the anthracite one?

I don't know if on the CE the bezel was anything but with the current crisp vertical brushed lines, as on the case. I do know the 26400, the old RG 44, and the old SS had the soft, rainfall type brush finish. I much prefer the new crisp bezel so I'd check that out.
