ROC 26300ST.OO.1110ST.03 Blue Dail

Hi Gents

Hope youre all doing well. Id like to understand this brand more. Particularly, i have recently come across a ROC 26300ST.OO.1110ST.03 with blue dial. I understand this 39mm piece is discontinued and likely to become a collectable. I further understand that the blue dial is rare.

Please kindly verify just how rare this piece is and if it is. For the enthusiasts, please confirm how likely it is that this piece will hold or increase in value due to it being rare.

Alternatively, blow this post out the water with facts.

Thank you all in advance

Been looking for this one for about half a year already. Only one I've encountered was in a preonwed store in Tokyo - price was crazy and it was being sold watch only. Prefer full set. Haven't came across a blue 26300 complete yet

Buy it right I guess value should hold. Increase I don't know

Thanks for the reply. Can you tell me if this is sought after just as a matter of personal preference, or does it have collectable value?

I would say it's pretty sought after because it's a discontinued piece (39mm chronograph), same goes for other references that have stopped production. The only discontinued models that are still pretty easy to find are the steel g/h series offshores (I may be wrong but this is what I observe).

The blue dial in general is harder to source as compared to its black and silver/white counterparts. The panda dial 26300 comes out in the market more often than the blue or black.

Re collectible value - I would say it's more of personal preference and availability of the blue 26300. The 39mm size is perfect and adds to its demand. I don't think it holds the same premium as compared to those steel rolexes that are considered collectors, if this is your basis. Hope this helps.

There are a few of this being sold at chrono24, I personally will not bite at those prices though

youve, been brilliant. thank you for taking the time to respond. I must make a decision between the ROC 26300 and Rolex DJ36. It a very tough decision for me. I dont plan on getting the piece to sell on, its more than likely something id like to keep in my family for generations to come.

Thank you. A last question (i hope); for those such as yourself with superior knowledge... Would you go for a brand new DJ36 126333 or a mint condition used ROC 26300?

Oh this is a no brainer for me - mint blue 26300.
