Thanks for the link! I'm tempted to print out the timeline poster and hang it up somewhere.

Hello
For the past two weeks I have been working on the high-res file of the Panerai timeline. The new infographic is 150 cm x 85 cm (59 x 33 inch) and will be printed on a latex-based paper with matte lamination. The will be two versions, a regular print and a limited edition of 50 pieces, numbered and with Maria Abetti Panerai's signature. I will travel to Florence in May and personally bring her the prints. maria will get a share of the sale. Head over to my blog for more information: https://perezcope.com/2017/03/17/the...s-at-a-glance/ Cheers Jose |

Awesome info!
Interesting to see the very early editions of the 3646 Type A & B had closed 6 and 9's on the dial. It wasn't until the later Type C was produced that the first incarnation of the more familiar open 6's & 9's that we see today. I must say hats off to Panerai - the watches they produce today are so close to the originals they are modelled on. -that no.3 on the type A is so nice |
