This isn't even debatable, IMHO. Totally and intentionally deceptive. Surprised it's even allowed on the forum.
An authentic Rolex warranty card adds value, that's why this bogus warranty card is designed like this. If this seller wants to include his own style of warranty card (and fully disclose that fact) that would be OK, but why make it look so close to the real Rolex card and not be clear about it in the listing? The answer is obvious. |

I'd say naughty since its intentionally in the grey zone for the less familiar. True it has a seller's logo, but a complete knock-off of a real Rolex card and someone might assume that's just the way they are. The seller doesn't even say if there is actually any warranty, just a card. Sorry, too vague for me and puts on the yellow light. My 2 cents. Cheers!

just my opinion. I clicked on the link, looked at the ad and couldn't see what the problem was.
it took a second look before I realised it wasn't a Rolex card. why does the card even need to be in the photo? it has no value. |
