Hi! I also have one of these booklets. It came with my Oyster Precision (model no. 6426/0) purchased in November 1979 in Glasgow. That was my first Rolex and it cost £230. I recently saw one of these booklets advertised for sale by a UK dealer for £250. The dealer was dreamwatches.co.uk and the item is currently listed as being sold. They only mention that the booklet was used in the 1970s and do not give any info as to what models it applied to.
