Torn between Ex2 Polar (white) and DJ2 for next purchase

Hi all.

I've fell into the rabbit hole and looking to round out my collection (it is a small collection but for me I think 1 more suffice).

I am currently debating between the Ex2 Polar white dial or the DJ2 or DJ41 White Stick Dial as my final purchase. Very different pieces I know.

I love the Ex2 since its more under the radar and I can take it with me when I travel. It has the GMT function which is useful and not many people own it.

The other option was a DJ2 or DJ41 white stick dial. I love the elegance of this piece. I dont get dressed up often though so not sure having something so formal would be worn as much but maybe it is worth having something more simple and formal. Also it is a beautiful piece.

I also considered a Seiko Hi-Beat/Spring Drive but think that may be too formal for my taste.

I figured since I have a lot of black dial pieces a white dial would be a perfect addition. I have a 7.25" wrist.

Currently in my collection I have:

Sub 16610 (which i wear for more formal occasions)
Omega Speedy
Seiko SKX009
Swiss Legend Chrono on rubber strap (before I started collecting but perfect as a beater)

Not really interested in a GMT (batman, Coke, pepsi) They are too flashy with the ceramic bezel.

Would love any advice or people who were in a similar situation.

Thanks in advance.
