Hello. May I ask if anyone has a guide (written, photographic or, if at all possible, video) on how to adjust the bracelet size on a Royal Oak 15400ST, please? Thanks.

Just the same as any other bracelet with screws – remove two, remove link, re-use one to connect the two bits together again.

not the best model to learn on if you ask me. I would just take it to the AD

If you're comfortable heating the screw end of the links go for it. If it's a BNIB piece it may be tough taking the links out.

You may need a 1.5 link if you can't get it fit right with the links that come with it

I would recommend taking it to an AD and having them size it for you. Scratches are very noticeable on this model so I would take extra precautions to avoid them.

I didn't need to heat anything when sizing mine. No screws injured during the procedure.

I went this route! It was essential and necessary for the right fit on my wrist!

I bought mine directly from the AP Boutique in NYC. I think it was a little more than $200.
