15400ST Serial Variations (H - J)

Hey Friends!

Apologies if this has been covered. I did search and couldn't find specific info.

I have a curiosity about any changes or variations made in the 15400ST, specifically from an H serial to a J serial, but all series info is welcome.

I'm just wondering what changes there were if any, and if the changes are considered to be simple cosmetic differences, functional differences, and/or improvements. Pictures are of course welcome too :)
