If it was me, and i was spending that much on a watch, I would stretch the budget a bit and get the Supersonnerie

I hear you. Unfortunately, the concept case is a bit too large for my wrist, 44 Novelty is not, thats one reason. Second reason is that I would need to stretch the budget close to DOUBLE as the Supersonnerie is approx double the price.

i was being a tad sarcastic. When your way into the 6 figures already, its just a "bit" more because your dealing with crazy amounts to begin with... That watch is awesome and I hope you track one down.

In that price range AP I will go with this... combination of sandblasted vs polished parts is just perfect...

100% agreed, i saw that on AP's site when looking for the OP's watch. Yes, i prefer that one too although they are both pretty awesome. The watch the OP is considering has the advantage of the ceramic bezel though, not that either would be a daily beater so it may not matter.

Correct I saw that one very similar but I much prefer it WITH a ceramic bezel. Other way will show off to many scratches.

Ceramic bezel crucial on the 44mm IMHO.

Won't disagree, however I did find the Cermet Bezel on Schumi quite scratch resistant.

OK. Seeing your RG Schumacher on the "which AP are you wearing today" thread, I've realized you may be serious about the 26348IO.

I stand corrected. First post, just joined, and inquiring about a seriously exclusive piece, I'm sure we were all a bit skeptical.

Seriously, post pics when you get it.

just try uploading them directly to the site via the manage attachments button. You will need to resize to 1000X1000 or less and decrease the file size.

congrats on the incoming, that is one serious piece
