I called the Dallas Rolex Service Center at 1-214-871-0500 (your RSC may differ). I asked to be transferred to Customer Service. When CS got on the line, I gave them my name and explained that I had a watch requiring service under warranty and could they please send me a packaging kit to ship my watch to Dallas. They asked for my address and promised to send it ASAP. Now I just have to wait for the packaging kit to arrive. More pics and steps to follow as they happen!
