Anyone here eat KONJAC ?
I just tried the stuff a week ago and could have swore that I was eating full blown carb loaded spaghetti. It was unreal. My plate only had 25 calories of protein altogether, versus the 750 + calories it would have been had it been regular spaghetti. The texture was perfect and it tasted delicious too !!

Cognac ??
Here's my cognac story. I was all of 19 years old in the basement of my girlfriend's house because her father invited me down to his den for a drink while she was getting ready to go out with me. He opens a bottle of something with a french label and an XOXO on it, and pours us both a tall glass full. "Ching, ching". He chugs his down, and I, not knowing any better and wanting to prove that I am at least his equal as a man, and worthy of his daughters affection, do the same. I did manage to keep standing, as my skin I changed color, while the world around me swirled somewhat rapidly and he laughed his a_ _ off. I've never touched the stuff since and prefer to sip whisky. I dated her for 6 months before I went overseas with the military, and her father never complained if I brought her home at 300AM with her dress on backwards. |

Tom......
I don't know but compared to zucchini spaghetti it is not as waterlogged........much better textured and absorbs your sauce and flavor better. |
