Well Breitling did have models that were NOT COSC certified, but Rolex certify every watch

They may certify every watch now, I don't know, but alder Air-King 5500s weren't certified.

Likely shill bidders. Look at the feedback scores of the fake bidders, you see this a lot.
People are funny, just because they are bids does not mean they are real. Just because a sale ends, does not mean that any money ever changed hands. EBAY makes money from selling listings, they make more if there is a sale. In between they really do not care what happens.
