It's a place to help others know if a watch is authentic, and to warn people of bad actors before they get burned.

If you don't know the answer to the poster's question in greater detail, simply refer him to one of the experts on the WatchTech forum. No need to be pompous and dismissive to cover up.

As you may have noticed, I am new to those kind of watch mechanism and have some "newbie" questions that sometimes I Cannot find the info for - I actually PMed him as I didn't want to flowed the thread with questioning and no answer... Obviously I am reaching out because I value tenured members' expertise and knowledge but I will do more search around the forum and stop asking questions I guess...
