Sometimes I wonder did someone see what I have done?

I buy this car new in 2009.

And after I have done some personal things with it, it looks like this.

And today 8 years later I see this ad from Volkswagen in the newspaper.

I hope I have inspired someone at the factory.

Do you trust your VW? Mine is constantly failing me. Nothing major, just small issues that make life... just that bit more difficult.

In the last 6 weeks, I'm changing the charcoal canister, evap canister, evalve, fuel filter, fuel sensor module, fuel pump. Oh, did I also mention the center dashboard is melting?
