rolex royal black

anyone out there actually own one of these things!? just noticed as it is the watch on rolex's home page. what a beautiful watch! am I crazy for thinking so???? i believe they are priced around the 70k mark. insane, and way out of reach for me now, but I am just mesmerized by it! the beauty of the black saphires and I guess as an artist...i notice the fact that this watch actually follows several principles of art....movement in the dial...balance on the bezel, and it completely avoids a focal point with the random placement of the diamonds on the band! it certainly is a beauty...anyone else share the same opinion??

One of my associates has one, we just call it The Zebra.

Personally not my cup of tea, the first time I saw it I thought it looked a bit... gothic, just replace the diamonds on the band with spikes....

Justin,

First off, congratulations on the new sub!! I have been a Sub fan forever, but the new GMT II have me itching for one badly. If you go back to the Rolex home page, check out the jeweled variations of the watch. It might even be the same piece you looked at. I'm not a huge fan of the bling, but damn those GMT II's look badass all dressed up!!
