Fake? But band real?

I got a Rolex Oyster Daytona, etc with no serial numbers at between 6 o'clock between the lugs, I guess it is fake. Also the hands are squared off, not round, it does not work.

But the band is stamped/engraved 78390 and ends 503B. Could the band be legit? How can I know better?

I would wager the bracelet is not authentic as well, my apologies.

The watch is fake unlikely it has an original band, where are the pics of the band.

The watch is fake, but the gunk is real.

I would expect the bracelet to be the same, real gunk on a fake bracelet.

Pictures of the band. Apologies about the gunk. Not sure if it is worth cleaning.

Are the fake watches usually quartz. Personally, I think it should be destroyed in that it might somehow be reintroduced as authentic. I collect artifacts from various countries. Some are fake and once verified I destroy the fakes.
