Have the itch again. Need some input.
I have the itch again and have several scenarios running through my head. Need some input from the group to sort some of these thoughts out.
I would be keeping my 2 AP's and the Explorer. The IWC and PAM would be sold. I currently have my name on the list for the SkyD Blue at my local AD and had planned on getting that and sell my PAM. However, other thoughts keep surfacing in my head.. 1. Buy the SkyD SS blue dial and add an AP 15400 black dial. 2. Patek 5726A-001 SS on a leather band. 3. Patek 5712G-001 white gold on a leather band. 4. Buy the SkyD SS blue dial and add a JLC Duometre Quantieme Lunair RG. So many pieces I want, but don't want to test my wife's patience and try to stay somewhat financially responsible.

Option #4 for me...the Duometre is stunning in real life and it seems like you already have your mind made up the the Skydweller

Something about the SkyD blue just sings to me. I don't know why, but it does. I am first on the list at my AD, so game time decision when it comes in. I went to 2 different AD's today to see the 5726 or 5712 and both AD's had ZERO Nautilus inventory period. They said at least one year wait list on 5711's and maybe able to get the ones I am looking for in 6 months. They would require a deposit. I didn't realize inventory was so short. You are right, the Duometre is pretty awesome in the metal.

4 and 2 love the duometre, the SD is nice and the 5726 is really cool, though as a previous owner I would recommend getting it on bracelet, I know more cash but Nautilus bracelets are very sweet, and if you want to make custom straps for the 5726 they need to take the ti inserts, which means destroying one strap
