Belated holiday snaps (cars and food)

Following on from my snaps of Monaco weeks back (seems like a lifetime ago), attached are some shots of Le Mans as an Aston Fan to see them pass corvette on the last lap of a 24 hour racing was amazing (sorry for the vette fans). The Porsche LMP1 cars were down to two at the time of this shot around 7am, later while an hour ahead the second leading Porsche broke down, leaving the third to win.

Slept rough on the grass next to the track, none of this camping stuff, I look dead in this pic I snapped around 1am.

also one shot from my private tour of Aston (prototype Valkyrie). Will see if I can upload some more pictures.

For the car race nuts the pictures of the winning Aston's was taking at Terre Rouge (my favourite spectator spot), to see the speed the LMP1 cars come through there is stunning.

Brilliant pics!

You must of had the most wonderful time at Le mans especially being an Aston fan!!

What an epic last lap battle

I'd love to go to Le Mans for the 24hr. I've been for a tour of the track / museum etc but not on a race weekend.
