For a 6 inch wrist I would not go bigger than 38mm. I have a 6.5 inch wrist and stretch it at 40mm. I think the big watch look is starting to wane and more sensible sizes will start to appear in sports models.

I would vote too big. Big problem when they are that big to wrist size, they catch and hit on everything. Can't protect them at all from the pointed objects of life.

Too big, I have 7 inch wrists and even if I can wear a 44, I prefer the 42, itnis already big, but on 6, no way IMHO

I've seen skinny guys wear huge watches. As long as the enormous watch look is "in", you will be OK. But if it is just a trend and smaller watches become popular, well who knows.
It is to the watch manufacturer's advantage to change trends every so often, as it forces people to buy new watches to remain stylish. Like the lapels on men's jackets. They are on the verge of getting large again. Just like eyeglass frames are getting large again. Best of luck whatever you decide. |

I am Asian, and my wrist size is also 6". I recently acquired a ROO, and thought it wasn't bad. I usually wear a 40mm Rolex sports watch, or the Tudor Heritage Chrono. The RO Diver's extended lugs make the watch look a lot bigger than 42mm, but the rubber strap makes it a log easier. Certain colors do look different, so I am not sure how the RO Diver may look on your wrist. I'd say go try it on and see. However, I do have to say the RO Diver is a great summer watch.
