New Shoes for the 16570 Polar

Got this idea from Adam. So I hopped onto WatchGecko and ordered their traditional leather with red stitching. I am very pleased!

One consideration: The tops of the strap where the spring bars go in, they will rub up against the case. The marks will be quite apparent at first but will patina nicely with some leather care. (I have had this issue with other straps)

Rob, that looks great. I'm partial to Zulus, but you've started me thinking about leather.

Rob,

I really like that, I have my polar on either a leather or canvas NATO, but I really like that strap....which color was that?

I hopped over to Watch Gecko the other day after reading Adam's post as well.

Nice strap! Did you also consider a rubber strap?

I'm very happy with it. It's the simple Italian Light Brown with red stitching.

I have a Hirsch rubber strap but haven't pulled the trigger on one of theirs. They do look nice though. I like the classic look of them.

You listened to Adam and got off with just buying a strap? You're lucky, every time I follow him it cost me a watch. My wife made me block him on the forum.

Great looking strap!

Looks good Rob. I have a couple similar straps from Artisan Strap Co. love how flexible and comfortable they are to wear.

I love all the strap options for the ExpII. However, my first choice would be a Everest or Rubber B.
