1 Year Ago Today
A year ago today my wife presented me with a new Rolex GMT IIc (all black) for my double nickels birthday. Today I'm just as excited about that watch as the day I opened the box for the first time. I take very good care of it... looks brand new.
What a great time piece too. It keeps very accurate time and the design still blows me away. It's so simple yet bold enough to be striking, it's clean, timeless and balanced. Everything is where it needs to be, a case study in design restraint.
