Thanks Vette, I don't have a photo of everything but I'll take one eventually.

Thanks to you as well Mike! There really isn't a one-stop-shop for everything, but Freetime Hobbies out of Blue Ridge GA is the the main supplier in the US for ship model supplies. If you wanted to build a specific ship I could help you gather your materials though. The Idaho kit is by a company called Samek. The detail set is from White Ensign Models based in the U.K. The rest I scratch built. The Viribus Unitis model above was almost entirely scratchbuilt and I can't recommend the kit at all. I threw most of it away. I only bought it for the hull, which was extensively modified and the bridge tower details.
