Unfortunate on how may, predjudiced, arm chair experts there are on Elon Musk. So here is my attempt at education:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Elon_Musk

At 24 started a company with $ 2000 of his Dads money sold 4 years later for over $ 300 mio? Founder member of PayPal sold for over $ 1.5 bio netting him over $ 300 mio in 3 years....SpaceX which is launching rockets for the USA at a significant cost reduction to inefficient state agencies like NASA???

Lets say that he was wealthy before Tesla and if it wasnt for people like EM, who not only have the vision, but the balls to do something new (and take some failures along the way) we will still be running around in loin cloths!!

Most of us Aussies apparently suffer from the "tall-poppy-syndrome" (ask Dr Google)
Looks like some of our US friends are also similarly afflicted.

If anyone could get this kind of thing off the ground, Elon could. FFS people, he's putting rockets into space, which is more than most nations can manage!!!

If you don't want him anymore, please send him Down-Under... we could sure use him instead of the donkeys we have here...

Second that John. When you look at the crooks that pass for businessmen and politicians here, Elton looks pretty good. South Australia thinks so anyhow with their deal for him to build a battery-based electricity storage facility for the State in 100 days or do it for free.

So you're saying Musk is running a Ponzi scheme now?

Considering theirs a bounty on my head for infraction points, I'll refrain from entertaining this

Now coal and oil on the other hand...not so sure where they'd be without subsidies. (And farming and fast food and big box retail and...)
