I am buying a new DD 40 WG for 27500.00 from a who's who reputable merchant listed on this website. They also have amazing yelp reviews

The store I am buying it from told me I would have the 5 year Rolex warranty.

Question:

Is this entirely possible ? A store buys from an AD and re-sells to you so you can get a better deal & the 5 yr Rolex warranty ?

Thank you for shedding some light on this. I am just a little concerned because I did not know if you buy from a non AD, they can still offer you the Rolex warranty.
