The wrong place to post but they are great watches and VERY well worth the money. A great watch isn't always expensive. If you can't find one of those let me offer an option.

Let me explain you, when you set the red hand in a city, for instance in Rio or Sidney it move from summer to winter because right now south of equator is winter, when winter season start here in USA or any country north of equatot it change to summer

Well perhaps you should post in the proper forum if you expect people to help you.
This is the Rolex forum, go back to the main page and they have a forum for other brands and you will most likely find some help there.

Since there were only 100 of these ever made I would doubt that you will find one at all. They were snatched up by collectors within one week. I would be willing to bet that you would pay far more than the watch originally went for if you were lucky enough to find one. It is a sharp looking watch.

Good-Luck.

I wear mine off and on and have been to my AD with it on too. It always gets asked about. Sadly, it's also followed by "but you have that Lange, VC, and all those Rolexes." Not everyone understands loving watches isn't always a price / status issue -- especially among those that sell watches.

Nothing wrong with buying what you like even if you have to commit the "mortal sin" of not spending enough money.

MG,
Are you wearing yours a lot or keeping it fairly "cherry"?

I just spent a minute examining it and wanted your assessment on a couple of things.

1. Seems that the second time zone it very hard to read. Pretty small increments for each hour. Much better ways to depict it.

2. I think taking up that much real estate on the dial for "Summer / Winter" is silly. What am I missing? I rarely need outside assistance to figure out the season I'm and what's "180 out" in the other hemisphere.

What do you think?

I only wear when I know I am not going to sweat,I bought it brand new and it is like brand new, once a week or every two week just for a while, the second time hour is not hard to read because you have marked 6,8,18 and 24 and I agrre with you about summer and winter time, but it seems to me that they put that only to fill the dial with something more like many watches with things you never use and although you won't believe there are people here in USA and everywhere that do not know for instance where is Sydney,B.Aires or Rio and much less about seasons.

I didn't realise that it was a "good old" Timex, until I had read 1/2 the thread.
I don't think that I have seen another Timex like it over here before.
A Timex was my very 1st watch.
Is this a quartz watch?
