Congrats, Got mine 3 month ago, put it on the first day and have worn it everyday since. Ive sold off the rest of my collection. This is an everyday driver for more. As far as size its perfect on my 6.5" wrist. I would not want it in 42. I think the big 45+ wrist clock phase is slowing down. As far as legibility, I wear it for its style, history, look etc. After all its expensive jewelry. I could care less about legibility. Id wear a Gshock if wanted a super legible tool watch. I know several ladies wearing gold watches at work that are smaller then my thumb nail with gold dial and hands and they have no issue telling time. :)

It's a great piece with the matching sub dial rings and bezel

Great perspective on a great watch....I love mine. The thought of downsizing my collection has crossed my mind as this could be a nearly perfect daily watch.

Wow, 6-7 weeks to wear a new SS white Daytona. Not sure what to say.

Why not to the office? I get that you just didn't want to wear it.

Absolutely no plans to sell it! I didn't notice I forgot some stickers until after I took the pic. It's a bit too high profile for my work environment, and I also tend to beat them up at work. My daily is my BLNR (now sold) or Exp II, occasional Speedy on a NATO strap, or one of my Tudors. There's a sense of occasion when I wear certain pieces and it just makes me appreciate my collection more that way.

OK, was getting worried that we had another dodgy buyer of this watch.
