AP spotting
Spotted someone wearing a gorgeous Royal Oak today but can't seem to find this discontinued model online.
Anybody have a clue? Here are the details. 1. Should be ~39 mm. Same as the 15300 with the AP logo at the 12 o'clock. 2. Dial is white. Grande Tapisserie inside the hour markers. Outside looked it had a concentric pattern. 3. Six o'clock position had a small square marker as above it was wording in a half circle ( smiley ) way. Wish I could show a picture. But that's the best I could describe it. Anybody have a picture or reference number of this piece?

The 15202 has been available with a white dial in the past, the 15300 came in white as well. The 15400 comes in a more silver dial. Try to google images of 15300 White, 15202 White and you'll see the differences

Thanks! It's definitely not the 15202 as it has a seconds hand and also a bit of text at the six o'clock

Production capped at 40,000 per year, less than PP which I believe is around 60,000 but I see more APs than PPs.

Not aware of any RO date models matching the description you gave. There were some limited edition 36mm models from the 90s that share some of the features in your description.
