The white gold, personally. A bit more visual contrast and nuance, to my eye. The yellow is just a bit too much yellow for me, and I find that the white date and day also stick out oddly as a result.

It's a tough decision. I've always loved and wanted the yellow gold for myself. My uncle had one growing up so it's has that nostalgic element to it. However, once I tried on the white gold my thoughts started to change lol.

If I was buying a DD I would go all out and get the classic yellow gold and own it. Otherwise if you want to be subtle I would rather get a SS WG DJ41 AND a Sub

I chose this one to give it contrast. The silver motif dial was also in the running. In WG the blue roman dial is what calls me and the olive dial second.
