Is this a relume?
Hi all. I really love this meters first 5513, however I'm a little concerned that it might be a relume given the lume looks slightly more uneven than some others I have seen. I'd appreciate others' thoughts.

I personally don't think the dial has been relumed based off the pics provided but that's just my .02
