I May Not Be Around For a While - The Black dog

Dear TRF Members,

I may not be on-line or posting for a while.

I need some time to get back on track. Nor do I wish to be contacted by phone by anyone at the moment. I need some time away. I have just finished sending an email to Joe (Bubba) at his private email address.

I went back to the doc yesterday and was prescribed Lovan (anti-depressant) and Temaze sleeping tablets. I am really having trouble with just typing this post.

I am thinking about resigning too. I have had enough of everything.

So, if you don't seem me for a while you'll know why.......

Love you all................I'll be back at some stage...

Michael

Thanks Jim..........It means a lot me to me at the moment. Hopefully, I may feel better when the Meds kick in, but I really feel lower than low at the moment.

Last night, I just wanted to pack my bags and literally drive away and leave everything behind. I still feel like that..........

I let Joe know how I was going to in an email.

Remember the meds can take a couple weeks to take effect.

Try keeping up with the things you enjoy doing.

Have some people you can talk to.

It will get better

Hi Michael

At the bottom of the well, it is pitch black. Look up & you will see light.

The light is the way out. You are the light.

Stay positive

Looking forward to you being back on TRF soon, when it is right for you.

Tony
