Speedmaster and Zenith El Primo are highly regarded in this price range.

IWC would be my choice, too. A lot of models have a reasonable "street price"

Two that I like:

Considering what you already have I would definitely say Speedmaster. With this you will have what is an almost bullet proof 3 watch collection.
-The Submariner is pretty much the iconic Rolex and Dive Watch;
-The Speedmaster is pretty much the iconic Omega and Chronograph;
-and you'll have a dress watch for days when a sports watch is inappropriate (my one suggestion [just an opinion not a criticism] is to maybe look for a more iconic dress piece. I know Pateks are a bit on the pricey side but a used Reverso would make a great addition.

Just my two cents

I have owned the 42 mm Speedmaster and the Tudor Black Bay Chronograph. Both fine watches but both are no longer in the collection. I find the 42 mm Speedmaster to wear small. I have owned both the automatic and the manual wind. I bought the Black Bay Chronograph and the dial is very difficult to read in certain light conditions. It wore fine but over all it was not a keeper. I own the Omega Speedmaster 9300 in 44.25 size on a bracelet. It is the right size, fit and look. I have the OEM NATO and the OEM Tan Leather as options to the bracelet when I feel like it. This watch retail is $8700 but slightly pre-owned and complete with box and papers I got it for just over $4000. Pre-owned is the way to go on any of your choices.

the speedmaster is an iconic watch

but the most legendary chronograph movement is the El Primero in the Zenith. NO DISCUSSION

But it's up to you what you want.
Can't go wrong with any of these 2

I would not take the Tudor, I prefer a non chrono black bay

I saw the Tudor in person and it wasn't as nice as I wanted it to me.

Speedmaster if you want iconic and timeless.

Tudor if you want a hell of a chrono that also is waterproof.

Im a huge fan of the Sinn 356. It’s about 1/3 of your budget but has a top grade ETA movement, awesome acrylic crystal for a vintage look and a really nice black dial. At 38.5 mm it’s not for everyone but I love that classic size.

Yeah, the 356 is awesome and a classic in its own right. It has the same engine as the IWC shown above (Valjoux 7750) and you can choose to get it with a sapphire or a plexi crystal.

Sinn is a good one for value. Looks just like my much more expensive IWC chronoflieger.
