Welcome to the club. You may want to consider getting a jubilee bracelet also.

Welcome to the club. I've been enjoying my f series coke for almost 13 years. Bought it new from AD for $3600 back then, so it's a good investment too, although I don't see myself ever parting with it.

Yes. I didn’t buy at $3600 or so, thinking it was too sporty. Went with a Dartjust instead. While enjoyed that one, the thought of the Pepsi never left my heart. Later traded that Datejust towards my current 16613LB, and again I could have had the Pepsi for around $5k ish, but opted to pay more and get the more elegant LB instead. Buying the LB I don’t regret, but not buying that GMT new from AD still gets me.

BTW, is it too early to be thinking about the next addition (SD43) yet???

Yea Rolex has that effect sometimes. It's always about regretting not buying it. And no, never too early ;)

Hey mtgjr, why are the F/D/Z serial 16710's some of the best watches Rolex ever produced? I ask, bc I own a D-serial. Thanks.
