I have a great AD and have never had an issue with fixing a bracelet. They will do it on watches that I have purchased from TS or them. When you go pickup the watch you are already there. Ask if they are comfortable fixing the bracelet. If the answer is yes, and you believe them, let them do it. Inspect the watch when you get it, put it on and wear it home.

AD did mine but after getting home needed to tweak it for clasp positioning. They did a perfect job. I did an okay job. Have a cheap watch screwdriver set that was a free throw in when I ordered something else from esslingers. Not bad but probably not of the quality needed to do perfect job. You can tell which screw I adjusted If you look close. Doesn’t bother me and easy fix someday, just needs a new screw or the link replaced (since seems the screws and links are finished together for that perfect fit.
