Wow! I am sitting in a 90 YEAR old restaurant. Where THE Salad was invented. And it we prepared table side for me...one more for the books!!!!!

It is a tricky question! I have tried (as most of us) MANY Caesar Salads. To me, some great, some ok. This was fantastic. Personally, I do not know if it is THE best, but they have a strong point: they INVENTED it. So this is the buffer. The original. The starting point. Everything else is compared to THIS. I am SO happy I tried it!!!!!

Exactly! ‘Judging’ this one would be wrong. It has a special place in food history. Best? Worse? All relative. It is THE one.

I love ceasar salads and definitely a variety of them. I love it when the dressing has a strong flavor to it.
