Issues logging into AP account

I can't seem to log in to my AP account. I had registered my watch but wanted to make sure it had 5 years and not just the 3 years. Now it's saying the credentials don't match their records. Anybody else have this problem?

I encountered same issue and cause was the serial number that I inputted. Check the instruction on what to input.

I can't log in and see my watches that are registred. Seeing this post come by and wanted to know.... Well they have a couple of months to fix it before i will have a new watch to register haha. Any one made a complaint to AP and know whats up?

Very strange. My last watch i registered a year ago and untill this post inwas unaware of any login problems. Now that i've checked i could not log in. Beeing redirected to a page were they say: woooops something went wrong.

Let me ask for a new password and see what that does

I created my account about a week ago.
Since then for the past few days I couldn't log in.

they are having firewall and email issues so its probably related. I don't know how widespread but i do know they are conducting official business out of gmail accounts as they can't access their own systems in some instances. Its been going on for several weeks.

Your account is still there but your log in info isn't making it past the firewall.

Yep. Extended 2 2017 RO / ROO warranty to 2022 with no issues. Even the watch is registered you still need to go to Extend Warranty with the serial and warranty number.
