Awesome! Gerardo, get some ice skates now and go do that before heading there. Then it's official lol.

Nice G, try a toasted coconut but stay away from that honey cruller on the right end of the big sign. It's addictive.

That's great! Very addictive menu, the timbits are a fun snack. Try the specialty coffees too, the French vanilla or English toffee are killer.

That's right.

We go to Tim's for breakfast every Saturday morning, before heading to my son's hockey game. My kids love collecting their hockey cards, and we always bring a box of Timbits for the team to eat after the game.

They've certainly cultivated a connection with hockey in Canada. Tim Hortons sponsor all the Tyke and Novice teams in our league (age 5-8). This helps to explain why, at any given time, half the parents at the rink are holding a Tims cup.

I wonder if they'll be successful in other countries that aren't as crazy about hockey.

I know all about it! Can't go to the arena without seeing a ton of the cups etc. After more than an hour on the ice a nice warm cup helps warm the hands too!

I wondered the same as you when I read about this expansion a while back on BNN. Luckily they're doing it slowly, a few at a time and not like Target did in Canada lol. It'll be interesting to see how it goes over time but for the price you can't beat the quality of Tim's in my opinion.
